Job summary

TriNet is seeking a results-driven Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through our Ascend Program, building a scalable, diverse sales talent pipeline.

You will lead ASC cohorts, partner with Field Sales, and drive readiness for promotion into Sales Consultant roles, while creating an inclusive, high-performing team culture and delivering measurable talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus)
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent pipeline for ASC cohorts including external partnerships
• Coaching ASC cohorts to develop consultative selling skills and product expertise
• Enablement: lead training sessions and ensure tool proficiency across Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Groove
• Partnership with Field Sales to improve ASC deal support and gather feedback
• General management of program operations and budgets
