Job summary

TriNet is a leading HR solutions provider seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program. You will build a scalable talent pipeline and accelerate readiness for promotion into field Sales Consultant roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts, drive capability development, and partner with Field Sales to ensure tangible business value while preparing for the next career step.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with universities and early-career programs to attract ASC candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple ASC cohorts annually, including interviewing and hiring recommendations.
• Coach ASCs to develop consultative selling skills and product expertise.
• Onboard, mentor, and provide timely feedback to ASCs to readiness for promotion.
• Lead formal training sessions aligned to TriNet’s products and sales skills.
• Oversee ASC deal support activities and partnership with Field Sales.
