Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program, building a scalable, diverse sales pipeline and readiness for promotion into field roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts with sales capability development and partner with Field Sales to ensure meaningful business value while preparing for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent pipeline: build relationships with universities and partners; lead end-to-end recruitment for ASC cohorts.
• Coaching, development & performance management: onboard, coach, mentor ASCs; conduct 1:1s and team meetings; develop growth plans.
• Enablement & continuous learning: lead training sessions; ensure ASC proficiency in core tools; evolve enablement strategies.
• Partnership with Field Sales: oversee ASC deal support; gather ongoing feedback; advocate for ASCs internally.
• General management & program operations: manage travel budgets; track performance metrics; ensure policy compliance.
