Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program. You will lead cohorts, build a scalable talent pipeline, and partner with Field Sales to ensure ASCs contribute value while preparing for promotion into Sales Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with target universities and strategic partners to attract diverse ASC candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple ASC cohorts annually, including top of funnel, interviewing, selection, and hiring recommendations.
• Promote Ascend as a premier early-career sales development program.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor ASCs to develop consultative selling skills and product expertise.
• Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to reinforce priorities and provide feedback.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning and readiness for promotion.
• Lead formal training sessions and ensure ASC proficiency in core tools and platforms.
• Oversee ASC deal support activities and strengthen field partnerships.
• Manage team travel and budgets and track program outcomes.
