Job summary

TriNet seeks a results-driven Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program. Lead cohorts, drive sales capability, and partner with Field Sales to ensure ASCs deliver value while preparing for field roles.

You will build a high-performing team culture, craft individualized growth plans, and promote readiness for promotions into Sales Consultant roles. This role offers growth in a dynamic SMB-focused HR solutions company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus)
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & talent pipeline management for ASC cohorts, end-to-end recruiting and hiring decisions.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor ASCs to develop consultative selling skills and product expertise.
• Lead formal training sessions and workshops aligned to TriNet’s products and sales skills.
• Partner with Field Sales to gather feedback and strengthen field partnership.
• Manage team travel, budgets, and program operations; track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Ensure ASC proficiency in core tools and platforms and promote best practices.
