Job summary

TriNet is seeking a results-driven Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through the Ascend Program, creating a scalable, diverse sales pipeline and promoting readiness for field Sales Consultant roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts, partner with Field Sales leaders, and build a high-performing team culture focused on learning, accountability, and promotion readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with universities and early-career programs to attract ASC candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple ASC cohorts annually with top of funnel, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
• Onboard, coach, and mentor ASCs to develop consultative selling skills and product expertise.
• Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to reinforce priorities and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead formal training sessions and workshops aligned to TriNet’s products and sales skills.
• Oversee ASC deal support activities and collaborate with Field Sales leaders to strengthen partnerships.
