TriNet is seeking a results-driven leader to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program, building a scalable talent pipeline and readiness for promotion into field Sales Consultant roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts, drive capability development, and partner with Field Sales to deliver value while preparing for the next career step. This role offers a path to shaping TriNet's SMB sales future.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus)
• Experience leading people, managing teams, coaching, or mentorship is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: build relationships with universities and partners to attract ASC candidates
• Coaching, Development & Performance Management: onboard, coach and mentor ASCs for growth and readiness
• Enablement & Continuous Learning: lead training aligned to TriNet products and sales skills
• Partnership with Field Sales: support deal activities and gather feedback for improvement
• General Management & Program Operations: manage travel budgets and track program outcomes
