Job summary

TriNet is seeking a results-driven leader to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through our Ascend Program. This role builds a scalable, diverse sales pipeline and accelerates readiness for promotion into field Sales Consultant roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts, drive sales capability development, and partner with Field Sales to ensure ASCs deliver value while preparing for their next career step. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or mentorship

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through the Ascend Program
• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple ASC cohorts annually
• Onboard, coach, and mentor ASCs to develop consultative selling skills
• Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to reinforce priorities and provide feedback
• Oversee ASC deal support activities and partner with Field Sales leadership
• Manage team travel and budgets and track program outcomes
