Job summary

TriNet is seeking a results-driven, hands-on leader to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through our flagship Ascend Program. This role builds a scalable, diverse sales talent pipeline and accelerates readiness for promotion into field Sales Consultant roles.

You will lead ASC cohorts, drive sales capability development, and partner with Field Sales leaders to ensure ASCs deliver meaningful value while preparing for their next career step.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or providing mentorship is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop ASC cohorts to build a scalable, diverse sales talent pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end ASC recruitment and partner with Field Sales leaders to ensure readiness for promotion to Sales Consultant roles.
• Lead formal training sessions and ensure ASC proficiency in core tools and platforms.
• Oversee ASC deal support activities and strengthen field partnership.
• Manage team travel, budgets, and track program outcomes for continuous improvement.
