Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with Excel/Sheets and SQL skills.
• Expert-level Salesforce admin and experience with integrated tech stacks (Outreach, automation, AI).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate concepts into actionable projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes with sales leadership.
• Design and implement standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close workflows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce/Outreach; maintain data integrity and integrations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports for Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Own monthly commissions, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets and assist in compensation plan design.
• Provide regular forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Analyze pipeline health, productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
