Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You will drive efficiency across multi‑segment Sales and ensure management visibility into key metrics.

The role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and involves coordinating with Finance, Marketing, and Partner/Service Ops. Remote in the US with strong focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights; advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end‑to‑end revenue process with sales leadership.
• Design, implement, and document lead-to‑opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post‑sales processes.
