Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation and analysis. You will optimize lead-to-revenue processes across Sales, Finance and Marketing while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach.

You will own forecasting, KPI dashboards, and commission processes, partnering with leadership to push performance and scale a remote-first, rapidly growing marketplace platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
Experience in a marketplace business is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing to define end-to-end revenue process.
Design and document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
Admin Salesforce and Outreach; optimize integrations and data integrity.
Develop KPI dashboards and cross-functional reporting for revenue teams.
Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analyses.
Provide forecasting support with sales leadership to improve accuracy.
Analyze pipeline health, productivity, and churn to guide decisions.
