Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis.

You will help scale a multi-segment sales organization, build automations, and ensure data integrity across the revenue stack including Salesforce and Outreach. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional handoffs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel/GSheets skills and some experience with SQL.
• Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator (Salesforce required).
• Experience managing an integrated tech stack including sales engagement (Outreach) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales unit leaders to define end-to-end revenue processes and optimize bottlenecks.
• Design, implement, and document standardized lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide insights across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Forecast with sales leadership and finance to improve accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and manage CRM integrations.
