Job summary

CharterUP, a remote-first leader in group travel tech, seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to turn strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You’ll support a fast-growing B2B/B2C marketplace, improving efficiency and visibility across teams while shaping the revenue operations stack for scale.

You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to standardize processes, automate scoring and handoffs, and drive data-driven decisions with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and data-translation skills with advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL experience helpful.
• CRM admin expertise (Salesforce) and integrated tech-stack management.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; capability to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to balance speed with scalable, durable solutions and embrace AI for scale.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue process with leaders; identify bottlenecks and optimize.
• Design and document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sales workflows.
• Admin and customize revenue tech stack; improve integrations and data integrity.
• Build KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Mgmt, Support for revenue insights.
• Own monthly commissions, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecasting support with sales and finance; improve pipeline visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, campaign impact, churn.
