CharterUP is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling and analytics. You’ll optimize the revenue stack, improve forecast accuracy, and drive efficiency across Sales, Finance, and Marketing in a remote-first environment.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to define processes, build dashboards, and own commission calculations while leveraging AI-enabled insights to scale a multi-segment business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience administering Salesforce; familiarity with Outreach and AI/analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end revenue processes with stakeholders and identify bottlenecks.
• Design standard processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
• Configure and customize Salesforce/Outreach stack; manage integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards for Sales, Account Management, and Revenue-related functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide forecasting support and help set revenue targets and compensation plans.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
