Job summary
CharterUP seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to translate big-picture goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs for a rapidly-scaling B2B/B2C marketplace. You will lead automation for lead scoring, ensure smooth client handoffs, and provide management with visibility into key revenue metrics.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll build KPI dashboards, optimize the revenue stack (Salesforce/Outreach), and contribute to accurate forecasts with sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales/Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with a marketplace business is a plus.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; some SQL experience.
- Expert-level Salesforce CRM administration.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly commission calculation and Cost of Sales analysis.
- Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management and Support.
- Configure Salesforce and Outreach; integrate tech stack and lead automation projects.
- Provide regular forecasting support with Sales and Finance to improve accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, productivity, and churn.
- Define end-to-end revenue process with stakeholders and identify bottlenecks.
