CharterUP is actively seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate big-picture strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis outputs. This role supports a rapidly-scaling B2B and B2C marketplace, driving efficiency for the multi-segment Sales team and ensuring management visibility into key metrics and trends.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will configure and optimize the revenue stack (Salesforce and Outreach), build KPI dashboards, own
Competenze
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; some SQL experience.
Mansioni
- Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting for Sales, AM, Support, and revenue functions.
- Own commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
- Provide regular forecasting support with Sales leadership and Finance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, productivity, campaign effectiveness, and retention.
