Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into tooling, automation, and analysis outputs.

You will help scale a multi-segment sales org, build automations for lead/account scoring and client handoffs, and ensure data integrity across Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own KPI dashboards, forecasting, and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Enviable analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and some SQL experience.
• Expert-level Salesforce CRM administrator with experience managing an integrated tech stack.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to drive projects to completion.
• Eagerness to incorporate AI to enable scale.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue processes with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Partner Operations.
• Design, implement, and document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sale processes.
• Configure Salesforce and Outreach; manage integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support and other revenue-related functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide forecasting support to improve accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and churn/retention.
