Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel/GSheets plus SQL experience.
• CRM admin proficient with Salesforce; experience with a connected tech stack incl. Outreach.
• Excellent communication and project management; ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue process improvements and ensure visibility into key metrics and trends.
• Build and refine automations to score and assign leads and accounts; streamline handoffs.
• Own end-to-end revenue processes: lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sale activities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, and Finance.
• Own commission calculations, data review, and cost of sales analysis; support forecasting.
