CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analytics for a fast-growing B2B/B2C marketplace. You will drive efficiency for multi-segment Sales, Finance, and Marketing, while building KPI dashboards and leading commissions and forecasting efforts.

The role emphasizes optimizing revenue processes, data integrity, and AI-enabled enhancements to scale operations across remote teams and regional hubs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level Salesforce CRM admin and data integration experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Ability to build KPI dashboards and KPI reporting across Revenue functions.
• Experience with end-to-end revenue processes from lead to revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, post-sales).
• Configure and optimize Salesforce and Outreach integrations and data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Own commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide forecast support and improve pipeline visibility with Sales leadership.
