Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. This role fuels a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace and requires curiosity, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for AI-enabled efficiency.

You’ll work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partners teams to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and drive visibility into performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into action.
• Proven experience managing a connected tech stack (CRM, sales engagem.) and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue processes with sales leaders and execs.
• Standardize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales workflows.
• Configure Salesforce/Outreach; improve integrations and data integrity.
• Contribute to tech roadmap for revenue tools and automation.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, AM, and Support to drive insights.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and cost of sales analysis.
• Support forecasting and quota setting; improve pipeline visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, campaigns, and churn.
