Job summary

Array is a remote-first financial-innovation platform based in the US, seeking a PMO/Revenue Operations leader for enterprise sales. You will collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive initiatives across teams and vendors.

You will own projects end-to-end, monitor progress, and produce detailed technical docs while embracing AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS and startup environments with startup speed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from launch to close and identify stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, adapt to ensure successful outcomes, and document technically.
• Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
