Job summary

Array is a remote-first financial-innovation platform based in the US, seeking a PMO/Revenue Operations leader for enterprise sales. You will collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive initiatives across teams and vendors.

You will own projects end-to-end, monitor progress, and produce detailed technical docs while embracing AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS and startup environments with startup speed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel and AI tooling.

Job description

• This position is based in the US and reports to the PMO manager, focusing on revenue operations for enterprise sales teams.
• You will work cross-functionally across all teams, supporting stakeholders including the CEO and other C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from launch to close, identifying stakeholders and tracking progress with third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, adapt to ensure successful outcomes, and create detailed technical documentation.
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.

Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS and startup environments, with ability to operate at startup speed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage up and across.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and AI tools, with a belief that AI is reshaping work.
