YO AI Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize SaaS revenue processes, maintain data integrity, and design compliant workflows. This contractor role focuses on CRM data models, revenue workflows, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with sales, customer success, and finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SaaS Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation Operations experience.
• Experience with CRM ownership and configuration on Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in compliance-focused or regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.
