Job summary

PMWEB is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join a remote, US-based team. You will maintain CRM data, support forecasting, and build dashboards that drive revenue decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working across departments to optimize processes, reporting, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams from Finance to Sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales data.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain revenue and sales operations processes across the organization.
• Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity data.
• Monitor CRM data quality, identify inconsistencies, and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain sales and revenue reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Support pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, and sales reporting.
• Track key revenue metrics including pipeline creation, conversion rates, sales activity, win rates, and revenue performance.
• Support the Business Development and Account Executive teams with lead routing, account assignments, prospect data, and sales processes.
• Manage and improve lead lifecycle and lead qualification processes.
