Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech platform, is seeking a Lead Deployment Engineer to guide enterprise SaaS implementations post-sale. You will act as a senior contributor, aligning technical delivery with commercial goals and client success.

You will own strategy, oversee 8-12 deployments quarterly generating $10M+ in eARR, and work with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Led complex enterprise deployments including API and cloud integrations.
• Able to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and improve deployment velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8-12 enterprise deployments quarterly.
• Define end-to-end implementation strategy with risk management.
• Improve deployment frameworks with automation and scalable tooling.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to influence the roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Document playbooks and knowledge systems to raise team consistency.
• Forecast capacity and reduce future eARR risk.
• Leverage AI to accelerate solution design and deployment.
