Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling and analytics, enabling a high-velocity multi-segment Sales organization. You will own data integrity, KPI dashboards, and lead-to-opportunity/funnel processes in a remote-first environment.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partner/Service Operations to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Experience administering Salesforce; certification not required but proficiency essential.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and regular reporting for revenue functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
