Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales, SEs, and customer success. You will lead end-to-end onboarding strategy and multi-day bootcamps, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and leadership partnerships.

You’ll drive measurable ramp improvements, implement baseline assessments, and coordinate with Revenue Operations to tie enablement to ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator: proven track record of creating dynamic curricula, practice scenarios, and certifications.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 interactive bootcamps per year, coordinating executive SMEs and practical exercises.
• Build AI-driven roleplay scenarios (Hyperbound) and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and gap readouts for new hires and frontline managers.
• Partner with RDs and RSMs to scale a peer-mentorship network and coaching tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to connect onboarding milestones to business metrics.
