Cribl seeks an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale onboarding for regional sales, SEs, and customer success roles. Lead multi-day bootcamps, AI-driven roleplay, and certifications to accelerate ramp and revenue contribution.

You will partner with leadership to implement measurable baselines, mentor managers, and drive data-driven improvements across onboarding programs. This is a remote-first role with cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with experience linking enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.
• Proficiency with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and modern enablement/LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan and deliver annual bootcamps and cohort operations with executive SMEs.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and coaching readouts.
• Partner with leadership to mentor frontline managers and scale peer-mentorship networks.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to link onboarding milestones to business metrics.
