Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional teams and customer success functions. You will blend instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and be pivotal in accelerating ramp time-to-productivity while driving a target uplift in ARR contribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator with track record of creating curricula, practice scenarios, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles, integrating MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs and practical exercises.
• Build AI-driven role-play practice scenarios and knowledge checks for onboarding.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and coaching tools to track readiness and ramp.
• Partner with leadership to scale peer-mentorship networks and tie milestones to ARR growth.
