Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-bearing or technical sellers.
• Fluency with MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message.

Responsibilities

• Architect and tailor onboarding paths for multiple roles.
• Plan and run multi-day bootcamps and cohort operations.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay, certification milestones, and tests.
• Collaborate with RevOps to link milestones to ARR growth.
