Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across roles in a remote-first environment. You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and collaboration with leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity while lifting ARR contribution.

Your work includes designing role-based paths, running bootcamps, and developing certifications, with data-driven optimization tied to ramp velocity

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver multi-day bootcamps per year with executive SMEs.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and coaching tools to drive ramp velocity and ARR growth.
