Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale how we ramp revenue talent across multiple roles. You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy and execute multi-day bootcamps, leveraging AI-driven roleplay and analytics to accelerate rep productivity and revenue impact.

You will design role-based onboarding, manage in-person bootcamps, implement continuous practice environments, and partner with leadership to drive measurable ramp velocity and ARR contribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training for B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and applying them in training modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect tailored onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs and practical exercises.
• Create AI-driven role-play scenarios and knowledge checks for practice.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and gap readouts to drive targeted enablement.
• Partner with RDs and leaders to scale peer-mentorship networks and coaching tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops to connect onboarding milestones to ARR and velocity.
