Job summary

Endurance Warranty Services is seeking energetic Retention Representatives to retain business clients and educate customers on the value of Vehicle Service Contracts. The role supports part-time hours with a path to full-time income, requiring strong closing and negotiation abilities and a background in call-center retention.

The position emphasizes customer-focused retention strategies, high-volume CRM use, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of retention/renewals or customer account management experience.
• Part-time availability Mon-Fri 12:00 PM–5:00 PM CST.
• Experience in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus.
• Proven closer with ability to handle tough objections and deliver results.
• Call center or inside sales experience required.
• Tech-savvy and able to multitask across CRM platforms.
• Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based income.

Responsibilities

• Increase retention rates and meet retention goals.
• Listen actively to overcome concerns and reinforce value for ongoing contracts.
• Identify customer needs, negotiate solutions, and keep deals on the books.
• Operate in a fast-paced call-center environment with high-volume CRM use.
• Influence customers to recognize contract value and renewals opportunities.
• Explain contracts and manage ongoing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with management; camera usage required for training and meetings.
• Additional duties as needed.
