Zones is seeking a Field Account Executive to drive retail technology solutions across our enterprise client base. You will engage with store operations, IT and procurement, partner with OEMs, distributors, and Zones engineering to scope, quote, and close complex deals.

You will own a defined territory, manage a robust pipeline, and deliver value through hardware, software, and services. Up to 50% travel is expected, with a commission-driven compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside field sales experience in IT hardware, software, or IT services.
• Ability to navigate enterprise organizations to run discovery and buying cycles.
• Experience in carrying an individual sales quota.
• CRM database experience.

Responsabilités

• Retail client engagement with store operations, IT, procurement.
• Solution selling of hardware, software, and services to address retail challenges.
• Partner collaboration with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams to close complex deals.
• Territory development and opportunity qualification from discovery to close.
• Account planning with vendor and channel teams to align goals and growth targets.
• In-store technology enablement, pilot rollouts, and post-sale coordination.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM and report KPIs.
