Job summary

FieldClock LLC is seeking an Account Executive to expand our customer base in mid-size and enterprise markets. This remote role emphasizes hunting for new business, outbound activity, and referral relationships, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates will travel to trade shows and meetings, efficiently manage pipelines, and deliver on monthly targets while collaborating with marketing and customer service to identify the right customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and full sales cycle.
• Ability to sell remotely via Zoom and phone.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel for shows and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Reach out to ~75 farmers per week, leading to ~5 first appointments.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close (1–90 days).
• Become a product expert to help farmers during sales meetings.
• Understand farming operations to provide tailored solutions.
• Listen to prospects and tailor a consultative approach.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM updates.
• Regularly communicate with the sales leader.
• Remote work with travel for trade shows and training.
• Master our tech stack: HubSpot, Zoom, Slack.
• Ask for help when needed.
