Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.
• Forklift/pallet jack/trash compactor operation or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve payroll.
• Communicate attendance to store management team.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Coaches retail team members.
• Receive and process donations.
• Operate and supervise the operation of a POS system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly store environment.
• Open and close the store and balance daily revenues.
