Job summary

Goodwill Northern Michigan is seeking a Retail Team Lead to support store management, maintain exceptional customer service, train staff, and help drive sales and production at the Charlevoix location.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with pay at $19 per hour. You will oversee donations, supervise team members, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license without restrictions.
• Forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor operation required, or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support retail store management in customer service and staff training.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee donations processing and merchandise tagging.
