Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using your tax expertise to help clients navigate their tax needs.

As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you’ll grow TurboTax’s client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain applicable state licenses, certificates, or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
