Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts in our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise, customer service, and local community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site, provide full-service tax preparation and advice, and build a thriving client base with the support of TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
