Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing the TurboTax client base within your community.

You will leverage tax knowledge, marketing support, and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate solutions in everyday language, aiming to empower clients and foster long-term loyalty.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
