Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, serving as a trusted advisor and helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

This role emphasizes community presence, local marketing, and building lasting client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Competenze

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active to file taxes as required by law.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity and compliance.
• Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
• Ability to build local community presence and client relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
