Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-store customers, helping them navigate personal and small-business tax needs.

As a proactive community ambassador you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, engage with locals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) required.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filed using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador at the retail location.
• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Support local marketing efforts to grow clientele.

Conhecimentos
