Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted advisor in your local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week; must obtain related state licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and focus on helping clients reach financial goals.
