Job summary

Intuit is seeking knowledgeable TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while engaging the local community and growing the client base.

You’ll handle in-person tax scenarios, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with marketing efforts to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Build client relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and assist with local marketing efforts.
