Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, while building a local client base and community presence.

This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays to Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Comfort with front-facing retail environment and local community engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust for repeat business.
• Engage with the local community and support marketing initiatives.
