Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation and tax advice to in‑person customers, using TurboTax products to empower clients toward positive financial outcomes.

As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, participate in local outreach, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community through outreach and marketing support.
