Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for in-person customers.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, establish long-term relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts, leveraging TurboTax resources to help customers prosper.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location in the U.S.
• Prefer bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
