Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clear, everyday language.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community marketing, and build trusted relationships while delivering exceptional service and aligning with Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
