Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and advice to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care.

As a trusted local ambassador, you will build relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and deliver exceptional service using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships in the local community.
